Microsoft Fixing Windows Live Spaces Issues

When i open my hotmail homepage to view my email, quite a few times i have to refresh the page for all of the banners to load up in order to have control to open and delete mail, otherwise the banner loads and like freezes continueously. Thats when i refresh and instantly everything ok. This started about 2 weeks ago. What causes this?
