Social software for promotion

I think that promotion by social bookmarking is a closest future of site marketing. Thats why company I work started creation of new social software. This software will help social publishers to post their bookmarks and news to any site. I think, its a great instrument to promote one's website, and all talks about spam depands only on posting's owners.
