It might be interesting in some cases--but what difference does it make if there are comments or not? To me, it is way more interesting to serve advertisements according to the search keyword that users have done to find the website (like it is done on these websites: http://wok-set.de/ or http://bestseller-romane.de/ )
Sure this is possible, but currently so much work to implement (if you don't use Adsense, where it is implemented anyway. But Adsense doesn't fit into every website). An easily configurable plugin for Wordpress or some CMS would be great.
