how much value of ccie person in the world such like one doctor.

i am very confused to go for ccie because i dosent have any high qualification areson of some problems accured in past with me so i want a perfect

& professional career like doctor so it is good for me to go foe ccie

i intrested in two tracks of ccie 1 is routing and switching and 2 is security.

please give very good exelent suggetion for my career

i am study b-tech in computer science & engg(will be pasing out in 2009).i want 2 know which certification has better market value: scjp or ccna & ccnp???? i have keen interest in both the area.but since it is not feasible to aim at both the certification at a time.i want 2 know which one should be given preference??

my another query is wheather i require coceptual knowledge of java programming for network programing??
