unicode in j2me

hi
I went these steps:
c:\wtk22\wtklib\devices
then copy default color phone directory and paste this directory into devices directory,next renamed it to unicodephone.then renamed "default color phone.propertiesFile" to "unicodephone.propertiesFile".
next update "unicodephone.properties".but
"SimpleunicodeTest" doesn't work.please help me.
