Quite frankly Flash SEO is nothing impossible. There are Search Engine Optimization packages for Flash out there that you can buy for a Flash site, e.g. backbone3 CMS with Flash SEO package that currently runs on 2 sites entirely based on Flash technology.

Additionally, Adobe has announced working with Google and Yahoo on better indexing of Rich Internet Applications. Googlebot can index static SWF files already.
