I truly believe that SEO secrets are being kept 'secret'. We all do know that most optimizers already have some sort of Google's 1st page recipe which they've discovered by practicing all kind of techniques and which they will keep to themselves.

Am I right?

How does one become a SEO? What did these people do, how did they become a SEO?

Secondly, how does one motivate the search engines? That's something I was puzzled about while reading your article.
