PPC

Currently I've got a pretty sorry site-this I know. www.signaramaworthington.com-

Which comes first the chicken or the egg? Should I 1. fix up my site first then use ppc to visit it or 2. use ppc and a simple and decent landing page tied to my site or 3 use ppc and use the profits (hopeful profits that is) to eventually pay for my site upgrade and get it started asap?

I'll take all the free advice I can get!
