Bloggers Warned They Can Be Sued for Libel

Inline Libel & Internet Character defamation

This is a great little snippet. I am trying to find out if there are any moves to set ethical standards for online defamation of character. I have found many posts about to the legal aspects of Internet libel, but not much on ethical and social responsibility by blog administrators who turned a blind eye to the plight of libel victims.

If anyone can refer me to articles on these issues, please do.
