in terms of keyword repeatation we have had experienced that Google highly consideres the keyword repeatation but it does not work that well on yahoo. The repeatation also works for MSN Live search.

Yahoo gives importance to the domain name itself. So if the repeated keyword is included in the domain name then it works well. In our case web data design has helped us come on first page of yahoo with web based database and website database etc.
