Importance of blogs

This article describes in an excellent way why blogging is in the digital world, one of the best way to reach potential customers. Blogging has a lot more advantages than disadvantages. It's an interesting way as Rich said to create communities where people can share their affinities. I don't think a company can go forward without using online blogs today.
