Make money with Adsense is pointless...
Well... let me tell you my point.
In the real world, Google Adsense are using your website to generate millions of pounds for their own benefits. They make million of pounds a day and they will only give you 20p per click. But, what is annoying? Here is my point...
If you click one ADS from a website owner, he gets something like 25p. So, in the other hands, Google ADSense company, they get 4 pounds. After that, you multiply it by 30,000 users * 25p and repeat this step for Google company. Anyway, here is the results...
7500 pounds for the owner.
120000 pounds for Google.
Notes: most of you will not get 7500 pounds in a month. I'll guarantee that. This is because, most users who had a website / domain with Google ADSense, they will never - never - ever click on your ADS! So, the only results to why users click on these ads? They are blind, clueless, dumb and doesn't know that the owner is generating money and they are just supporting the website owner.
Also, if you ever reach 7500 pounds without cheating, there is a chance that Google will disable your ADS account and withdraw your payments with a stupid excuse! They are just greedy!!
Finally, most user decided to cheat because, many clever people, they will always use some sort of browser plugin, just to avoid clicking on your ADS. To make it worse... there is a high chance that the user (offending clicker) will click on your ads many time, just to get your ADsense terminated!

While ads at the top of the page perform much better, you should be careful not to place your ad on top of your title as google has started cracking down on sites that do this. Also, placing ads directly under a title can also get you into trouble.

How exactly, do you get adsense to open in new windows? We are using google adsense, with Image ads only... Using.. target="_new" doesnt seem to fit/work with the standard google javascript code from clicking their ads...
I find it highly frustrating that google doesnt allow open new window as standard - thats how online advertising works - users open up in a new window...
