• Receiving of complete architectural drawings (e.g. Plans, Elevations & Sections)

• Conceptualization of jobs (mail back to client for query if any & missing information required for completion of job).
• Drafting Foundation plan, Section details & Framing plans for all floors. (send preliminary package to client for feed back)
• IF clients need design then also designing for Lateral & Gravity both.
• Checking of design & drafting.
• Comply of comments or designing & drafting
• Final checking
• Comply comments & checking then job (Final Package) send with client.

These are the process we used to complete the drawings (when we received a complete house models e.g. single, double or three story building. Commercial buildings wear houses etc.).

Designing
• Complete wood structure design which includes design calculation for lateral and gravity, framing and shear wall plans, anchor bolt & holdown plans, foundation plan.
• Complete steel building design which contain design calculation (if framed structure then modeling and design on STAAD) for lateral and gravity, erection framing plans, shop drawings, anchor bolt plans, foundation plan. Curtain wall design for framed structure.
• In reinforced concrete structure we offers design calculation for framed structure, concrete detailing, and frame elevation. Also designing of shear walls, beam/slab/column design, pile/grade beam/pile cap, stair case, and foundation.
• Apart from buildings we provide design for miscellaneous structure like retaining walls, tilt up panels, basement walls etc.

Drafting
• Raster to Vector - Scanning paper drawings to a compressed electronic file format is an effective way to manage drawing storage problems and secure documents in case of damage. The next step would be to convert these raster drawings into CAD data, which will allow sharing and editing of information more easily.
• Paper to CAD Conversions - All existing paper drawings and sketches can be converted into electronic files in various formats like AutoCAD by manually redrawing them.
• CAD Drafting Services – 2 Drawings to 3D models conversions, 3D models files to 2D drawings as per specifications, standards and project settings.
• Vector to Raster conversion: CAD files converted to raster or PDF formats for repurposing or archiving.
