Newsgator Buys SmartFeed

Newsgator has acquired smartFeed, a startup that allows you to subscribe to and download podcasts directly on your phone or PDA.

One of their first projects is a new RSS reader for Microsoft Mobile-powered devices. A Java version is planned.
