Karl Ribas noticed this completely different Yahoo search results design:

Very interesting. The bold blue bar at the top is very un-Yahoo (purple would make more sense, and look awful), and almost reminds me of Live.com. The branding on the bar is bold, making it probably the best branded search engine out there. I wonder if this is something they’ve got planned, and if you can customize the color (I’d make it black).
