  1. In my experience, Yahoo CS staff has been pretty lame for about 5 years but has continued to maintain about 20% of the SE business. On the other hand, Microsoft could never get a significant market share but has a pretty competent staff and Adcenter works pretty well. Our company, http://www.parknpool.com spends in the mid six digits on PPC advertising each year. We will be glad to see some serious competition for Google. Also, hopefully, the new Bing will be more effective at attracting potential customers than the two separate SE’s were.
    For us, it looks like more Bing for the Buck and easier to manage!

  2. Wondering if the Pay-Per-Click rates will change or remain about the same rate for top positions?
