  • Miranda Lambert celebrated her 32nd birthday earlier this week–the first since her divorce from Blake Shelton. What’s the best way for a girl who’s just learned her ex has moved on with Gwen Stefani to celebrate her birthday?

    Surround yourself with unicorns.

Yes, unicorns are sort of on the same plane as fuzzy kittens and pink balloons–right? Miranda Lambert appeared to have a unicorn theme going on her birthday.

Miranda Lambert managed to find a unicorn to ride.

“Never too old to ride a unicorn…? And thank God for friends that spend the day with you painting your pony! #32tomorrow #bday #unicornsarereal #sophie #gypsyvanner #glitter #reallifelisafrank,” she captioned the photo to prove it.

In keeping with her unicorn theme, Miranda Lambert got some fresh ink on her birthday, too.

“The morning after…#bday #willthiswashoff,” she captioned the photo of her new unicorn tattoo.

Probably the only thing better than unicorns on your birthday is bling. Miranda Lambert treated herself to a new diamond piercing for her big day.

    “Diamonds are a girls best friend! #2isbetterthan1 #piercing #32today #bday,” she wrote.

It really sounds like Miranda Lambert is doing her best to make herself happy. It was a sudden blow to learn Blake Shelton and his fellow coach on The Voice–Gwen Stefani–are officially dating.

Since it doesn’t seem Miranda Lambert has yet started dating since her divorce, at least she’s surrounding herself with love as best she can–even if it comes in the form of unicorns and diamonds.
