Michelle Rounds and Rosie O'Donnell are done. Rosie O'Donnell filed for divorce on Friday from her wife of two-and-a-half years. Papers were filed in Mahhattan State Supreme Court, on the grounds of "an irretrievably broken relationship."
It was about three weeks ago when Rosie O'Donnell announced she had separated from Michelle Rounds, and was also leaving her spot on The View to care for both her children and herself.
"I can confirm that Rosie and her wife Michelle split in November," O'Donnell's rep said in a statement earlier this month.
"Rosie has teens and an infant at home that need her attention," the rep added. "This has been a very stressful situation. She is putting her personal health and family first. ABC has been wonderfully understanding and supportive of her personal decision to leave The View. Next week will be her last."

Michelle Rounds and Rosie O'Donnell married back in June of 2012 in their Nyack, New York home. They adopted a little girl together. Dakota is now two years old. They will share custody of the child. O'Donnell has four other children with her former partner Kelli Carpenter.
People reports that per the divorce papers filed, Rounds and O'Donnell have a prenup.
It's sad to see any relationship--especially a marriage where there are children involved--end. Rosie O'Donnell's last appearance on The View was February 12th. Hopefully she and Michelle Rounds can find an amicable way to raise their daughter together.
