Meghan Trainor has now had to cancel three more shows on her MTrainTour because of an incredibly painful-sounding hemorrhage on her vocal chords.

Meghan Trainor shared the news via Instagram, stating in part, "I have bad news, my doctor says I have to postpone two more dates, Detroit & Chicago and sadly I have to cancel my appearance at the Common Ground Music Festival. But there is good news!! I’m feeling much better, have already rescheduled most dates and will come back around to see you all soon!!"

Meghan Trainor previously canceled shows at the Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ and at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT.

The news is devastating to Meghan Trainor's fans, charmingly called Megatronz.

Meghan Trainor has continued to keep her fans updated since her original announcement.

Poor Meghan Trainor! She really seems miserable over her condition and even more miserable that she has let her fans down.

Hopefully Meghan Trainor will get better soon.
