Ryan Lochte has won over quite a few hearts in the past couple of weeks and made several headlines with his, er, interesting manner of speaking. Plus, his mom totally called him out for having one-night stands. Not only do those things make for good stories, they make for excellent reality television.

Rumor has it that Lochte is in high demand to star in the next installment of “The Bachelor”; since he’s already said he’s down for “Dancing With The Stars” and wants to pursue a career in Hollywood once the Olympics are behind him, it’s not too big a leap to assume he would do well on a show like “The Bachelor”.

“Ryan would make the perfect next ‘Bachelor’,” Amy Rosenblum of Media Masters said. “He has the ‘it’ factor. Especially after his mother’s one-night-stand comment, everyone wants to know who is the real Ryan and what would it be like to date him. Forget dancing shows — this guy should be doing dating shows, for sure.”

Obviously, nothing has been decided yet, but judging from the reaction he gets from the ladies when he’s in the pool, it’s likely he’d have a whole troupe of women lining up to date him.

Why is it that the stupidest, most arrogant, self-absorbed, spoiled children get such media attention??? Is it because so many Americans eat this garbage up like it’s McDonald’s??? Ryan Lochte needs to turn down the “Bachelor” and “Dancing With The Stars” and sign up for some etiquette classes, so he can learn to be an American role model and not some white boy wanting to look like a hood gangster!!!

Ryan Lochte is not a hood gangster. There is nothing wrong with him wanting to do “The Bachelor” or “Dancing With the Stars”. Other Olympic athletes have been on “Dancing With the Stars”. Ryan Lochte happens to be from a small town outside of Rochester, New York and moved to Florida to train to be a competitive swimmer. He has 5 gold medals. He has made our country proud. So he has an ego and other Olympic athletes don’t. There are some who expected to win a medal and whine about it when others do better than them. He’ll be back in 2016 and he will be the male swimmer to watch.
