  • Lindsay Lohan won her lawsuit against the 6126 clothing company. She was awarded $150,000 in the lawsuit. Lohan was promoting the company’s leggings but filed a lawsuit when she felt that she was not being paid as promised.

The company filed a countersuit against Lohan and claimed that her bad image had caused the company to lose sales and that she did not promote them as she had promised.

Lohan had originally sued the leggings company for $1.1 million and did not respond to their countersuit. She explained her reason for not responding in a statement saying,

“When I was in rehab, my lawyer was unable to contact me to discuss the case. After I completed my 90 day program I moved back to New York. I have been overwhelmed since leaving rehab and dealing with my sobriety and a miscarriage.”

Lohan admitted to having a miscarriage while filming her reality show on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network. While on the show she said, “No one knows this, and we can finish after this, I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off.”

Lohan did not go into detail about her miscarriage, but said that she is still having a hard time dealing with it. By winning the lawsuit, Lohan will avoid having to discuss her miscarriage in court.

After winning her lawsuit, Lohan headed to the Cannes Film Festival where she shared photos of her experience on her Twitter and Instagram accounts.

Maybe the Cannes Film Festival will help Lohan take her mind off of her miscarriage and the recent lawsuit.
