Leah Messer, one of the stars of MTV's Teen Mom 2, has reportedly checked herself into a 30-day rehab program.

“I’ve been accused of being an unfit mother, abusing drugs,” she says in a preview clip for the show.

According to a report from Us Weekly, even though rumors have Leah Messer in rehab for drug problems, a source says she is there for depression and stress instead.

Prior to entering rehab, Messer had to work out some issues with her ex, Corey Simms, regarding the care of their twin daughters, Aleeah and Ali. Her three-year marriage to Jeremy Calvert, with whom she shares daughter Addie, is pretty much over, according to a previous Us Weekly report.

In a trailer for Teen Mom 2, Jeremy Calvert says the following about Leah Messer.

“The girl I fell in love with, ain’t the girl I got now.”

Sadly, unconfirmed reports of drug use plague Leah Messer. The young mom from West Virginia has also been pointed out for cheating scandals.

While it's not completely certain why Leah Messer has gone to rehab, it's quite clear she needs help for a number of issues, so hopefully she gets what she needs while there.

The Teen Mom 2 cameras have been following her around for quite some time, so it's likely fans will get the whole scoop on what's going on with Leah Messer when the new season of the show airs on July 9th.
