Leah Jenner and hubby Brandon Jenner welcomed their baby girl into their lives last week. Eva James Jenner was born on Wednesday, and is the couple's first child. Dad Brandon is Caitlyn Jenner's oldest son with ex-wife Linda Thompson.

Earlier on Sunday, Leah Jenner announced the birth of their daughter via Instagram.

"On Wednesday, July 22nd I became a Mom. It has without a doubt been the most profoundly beautiful time in my life but also emotionally, spiritually and physically challenging too....and I am so grateful for every second of it. Brandon and I are taking care of our healthy, little baby girl, Eva James Jenner," she wrote.

Brandon and Leah Jenner confirmed in June that they were expecting a baby girl. The couple performs in a band together. He had already completed a song for his daughter before she was born. Leah Jenner comes by her musical talent naturally. She is the daughter of The Eagles guitarist Don Felder.

Brandon and Leah Jenner have lots of family members to rely on to help with baby Eva in these early days. Brandon can always call upon half-sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner, or their big sisters Kourtney, Khloe, and Kim Kardashian.

As with most new parents, however, Leah Jenner likely won't want to put her new baby down. She will likely want to known she's tucked safely in a cradle or bassinet, no more than a few feet away.

Babies are so life-affirming, and they bring so much love into a couple's world. Brandon and Leah Jenner must be positively consumed with love for their new little bundle of joy. Hopefully pictures will follow soon.
