  • Lamar Odom is no doubt completely grief-stricken by now. In a matter of days he has lost two close friends to drug-related deaths. Jamie Sangouthai, who appeared on episodes of Khloe & Lamar with Odom and Khloe Kardashian, died of a flesh-eating disease called necrotizing fasciitis, that is attributed to chronic IV drug users. And this weekend, Bobby Heyward died of what Us Weekly is reporting as a drug overdose.

In recent days Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner have both reached out to Lamar Odom. Khloe fears these tragedies might cause Lamar to resort to his old drug habits. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians matriarch wanted Lamar to know that she still considers him a part of their family.

It has to be especially disturbing to Lamar Odom to lose these two friends in such quick succession. Bobby Heyward had just posted an Instagram memorial to Jamie Sangouthai a few days before his own death. Lamar Odom, Jamie Sangouthai, and Bobby Heyward all appear in the shot.

#RIP To my big brother Jamie who always brought light into any room he walked into and laughter as well at all times J you will always be missed. Family for life. #BandOfBrothers #tbt,” he captioned the photo.

Do you think Khloe Kardashian has cause for concern over the tragedies Lamar Odom is still reeling from? She and Lamar never divorced, and he admitted recently to still being in love will Khloe.

Could these tragedies drive Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom back into one another’s arms?
