Kris Jenner doesn't take any type of threat lightly.
As a matter of fact, she takes them very seriously, and now she's reportedly going to great lengths to protect her family.
According to Radar Online, the 58-year-old matriarch has opted to increase security at the family's Hollywood Hills home. Her decision follows a number of reported hacker threats made against her two youngest daughters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
A source close to the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star shared details about the ordeal and the plans she and Bruce have made to protect their daughters.
“Bruce and Kris made the decision to get the FBI involved after the threats escalated and included very specific information about threats made against Kendall and Kylie,” the source revealed. “This is being taken very seriously and Kris has dramatically increased security at her Hidden Hills compound.”
Kris and Bruce are very concerned due to their experience with the paparazzi over the years. It's no secret the famous reality TV family has had several run-ins with paps who have gained unauthorized access to their property for exclusive snapshots.
“It’s very concerning because over the years, there have been photographers that have been able to gain access to Kris’ gated community,” the source said. “Even if you don’t like the Kardashians, no one deserves to live like a prisoner in their own home. Kris also has a bodyguard with her for the foreseeable future.”
Although Kris is quite worried about the alleged threats, Bruce reportedly “doesn’t feel he needs the added security, and does own several handguns,” the source explained.
However, Kris' concerns may have merit. On Friday, September 5, 12 FBI agents reportedly raided a Four Seasons hotel room in Beverly Hills and arrested a woman allegedly accused of making threats toward Kris. So, of course, the famous "momager" is on high alert.
No further details have been released in regards to the reported death threats.
