  • Kim Kardashian may have a killer figure, but like most women she wants to lose a few pounds and feels like she needs to work on some problem areas.

Kim’s daughter North just turned one and although Kim has lost most of her baby weight, she still feels like there is more weight to be lost.

Kim shared a photo of herself from 2009 and said that she hopes she can lose about 20 pounds and get back to the same shape she was in when the photo was taken.

“Ughhhh I am 20 pounds lighter here! This was just 5 years ago!” she wrote, adding. “Ok i’m going back on my grind. I gotta get back here!”

Kim gained a fair amount of weight during her pregnancy but has already lost over 50 pounds. She is dedicated to the gym and has been trying to eat healthy lately as well.

Kim has been sharing some of her weight loss strategies and tips and seems like she has set some pretty good goals for herself.

The reality star won’t just rely on one method to lose weight, she has an entire system planned out, including a diet plan, exercise plan and toning plan.

Kim plans to use Barry’s Bootcamp and take a weekly Pilates class. She will also be spending time with her personal trainer and trying out the Atkin’s diet.

Kim has had success with the Atkin’s diet in the past and it is one of the ways she was able to lose the 50 pounds after giving birth to North West.

“When I really need to kick it up, then I’ll do low carbs, like Atkins diet. And then I think it’s just trying to stay consistent, changing the way you eat. Especially after having a baby, it’s really hard. Your body totally changes. And I think you have to work out,” she said.

What do you think of Kim’s diet and exercise plan?
