  • Khloe Kardashian is scheduled to go on a press tour for her new book, Strong Looks Better Naked, but has cancelled the tour so she can remain by Lamar Odom’s side. The book, due out on November 3rd, includes stories about her struggle with her weight as well as relationship issues. Khloe Kardashian appears naked on its cover.

Lamar Odom was rushed to a Nevada hospital on October 13th after he was discovered unconscious at a brothel, as a result of an accidental overdose. He was then transferred to a Las Vegas hospital where he remained in a coma until one week ago. Khloe Kardashian, as well as other members of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians family, rushed to Vegas to be by his side.

On Wednesday, Khloe Kardashian petitioned to withdraw her divorce filing from Lamar Odom. The two have decided to give their marriage another try.

Lamar Odom still has a long recovery period ahead of him. Since being transferred to an L.A. hospital, he has undergone two emergency surgeries. Not much has been released about any damage he sustained while he was unconscious and before medical help arrived.

Do you expect Khloe Kardashian might be giving up too much to support Lamar Odom in his recovery? Khloe begged Lamar to get help for his drug problem before finally filing for divorce. Now that he has had a near-death experience, she is seemingly doing everything in her power–including giving up things she has worked hard for–to help him recover.

Would Lamar Odom be doing the same for Khloe Kardashian if those proverbial tables were turned?
