  • Khloe Kardashian took to Twitter this week to address the rumors regarding her possible relationship with Dodgers star Matt Kemp, admitting she was heartbroken due to her recent divorce and asking the rumor mongers to cool it.

The reality star has already changed her name on Twitter, leaving off her husband’s surname as they deal with the legalities of divorce. Lamar Odom, who allegedly cheated on Kardashian (and then rapped about it), has been ordered to give her a $2 million payout as well as their home in Tarzana. Kardashian will also be keeping her engagement ring, valued at around $1 million.

The couple had been battling rumors for months that there was trouble in paradise, including stories about Odom’s drug use and a confession by a woman who claims she was having an affair with him and was busted by Khloe herself at a hotel room.

“I was under the impression that he had left Khloe … he acted completely available and we definitely had a mutual attraction,” Polina Polonsy said. “After we had sex, Lamar stayed the night with me; the next day we went back to the Roosevelt. I stayed there with him for the next couple of nights.”

British magazine Heat speculated that one of the reasons the couple began having problems is that they were trying to start a family but were unsuccessful.

“Khloé has been fiercely loyal to Lamar – she’s always been a devoted wife,” a source said. “But she and Lamar have suffered after trying for a baby for so long with no joy, it put pressure on their relationship. Now they’re so distant, no one knows if they can repair things.”
