  • Kendall and Kylie Jenner are in the media a lot and most of the time they are being criticized for something they have done or said. While the two teens have a lot going for them, one of their most recent accomplishments would be the fact that they were chosen by Time Magazine as two of the most influential teens of 2014.

The two teens recently spoke out about what an honor it was to be chosen for the list.

“We are so honored to be included on the Time magazine list of ‘Most Influential Teens,'” Kendall and Kylie Jenner told E! News. “There are incredible teens on this list and we are so proud to be in their company.”

The girls are both pretty successful for their ages. Kendall’s modeling career has recently taken off and she has been praised for her professionalism by some of the world’s top designers. Kylie is currently working on several different business projects and both Kylie and Kendall have also had a book published.

Some people felt like Kendall and Kylie should not have been chosen for the list, and because of their bad behavior, feel as if they are not role models and should not be considered influential.

Many of the other teens who made the list have done significant things from working with different charity organizations to working as activists for specific causes.

Wendy Williams was quick to defend the Jenner girls and said that teens can be influential for different reasons and that many young girls look up to the Jenner sisters because of their style or lifestyle.

“They are influential to teens!” Williams declared on her self-titled talk show Tuesday. “Either teen girls want to look like them…or dress like them.”

She added, “They follow them on Instagram. They should be on this list, that’s all!”

Do you think the girls should have been added to the list?
