  • Justin Bieber was served with a search warrant on Tuesday when the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department showed up at his door on a felony vandalism investigation.

Bieber was involved in a shouting match with his neighbor last week that was caught on video and culminated in a call to 911 after the pop star began throwing eggs at the man’s house. The victim says this is not the first time he’s exchanged heated words with Bieber and that the damage to his home is far more than $400, which edges into felony vandalism territory.

Bieber has reportedly refused to speak with police about the incident, although this isn’t his first run-in with the law over vandalism; he was busted spray painting the side of the Hotel Nacionel in Brazil last September, although he insisted he had permission to do so.

The pop star hasn’t made friends of his neighbors since moving to the Calabasas neighborhood; Bieber has had several complaints leveled against him regarding his speeding through the streets, and according to TMZ, the local police are intent on busting him for good now that they have video proof of his wrongdoing. The victim says the repairs may reach thousands of dollars since he has very expensive Venetian plaster on the side of his home.
