Justin Bieber just can't seem to stay out of trouble. Bieber had a rough year but was hoping to put all of his arrests and court dates behind him so he could focus on his career and relationship with Selena Gomez.
Unfortunately for Bieber, he was arrested over the weekend for dangerous driving and assault charges stemming from an accident between an ATV and minivan in Canada.
According to reports, Bieber and Gomez were trying to have some fun together on an ATV when paparazzi arrived in a minivan.
Details about the accident were not released, but Bieber is believed to have gotten into an altercation with someone in the van after they were involved in an accident.
Police said that nobody was injured in the ATV accident but it is not known if anyone was injured in the altercation.

Bieber was arrested at the scene of the accident and then released after promising to appear in court for the charges on September 29.
His attorney released a statement to People Magazine about the incident saying,
"Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of paparazzi. This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault. Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."
Another one of Bieber's attorneys, Roy Black, also released a statement.
"Justin, like many celebrities are continually harassed by police," he told People in a statement. "Their privacy is shredded and these incidents can become dangerous. While the public is not particular sympathetic, they must realize how difficult these cameramen make their lives."
"So I am not surprised there is a conflict," Black continued. "It happens quite often, and as long as the paparazzi are highly paid for their photographs, they will continue."
Bieber has had altercations with other paparazzi before. He is currently facing a lawsuit from a different photographer in Miami, who alleges that Bieber got physical with him when he tried to take his photo.
