Surely the entire Duggar family joined together for a celebration of cake and presents for Joy-Anna Duggar's birthday.

Can you believe that another of the 19 Kids and Counting family members has reached legal age? Will she think about moving out, or is Joy-Anna Duggar sold on the Duggar way of life?
