Joey and Rory fans will love hearing this news. Rory Feek shared a photo of Joey on Friday, out of bed and sitting on the floor, playing with their little girl, Indiana.

It's 60 and sunny outside today and even brighter inside.. Joey's out of bed teaching signs to Indy on the floor.

Joey and Rory Feek comprise the popular country/bluegrass duo known as Joey + Rory. They just celebrated their first Grammy Award nomination, which prompted Joey Feek to set a new goal. She now is determined to live to see the Grammy Awards broadcast on February 15.

...woke my bride up this morning with a baby in my arms and the news that our version of "If I Needed You" was nominated...

Joey Feek was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2014. Just weeks ago doctors told Joey and Rory that her chemotherapy treatments didn't work. At that point she entered hospice care at their home.

A little over a week ago, Rory Feek wrote in his blog about how Joey was no longer able to leave her hospice bed. That makes the photo he shared of her playing with little Indiana that much more priceless.

Joey and Rory Feek fans are praying for a miracle for Joey. For Joey and Rory, events like Friday's play date on the floor are little miracles in themselves.
