Jillian Michaels: Thief Broke In While She Was Home

By: Amanda Crum - July 6, 2012

One of the scariest things a person will ever face is having someone break into their home or vehicle; it leaves a person feeling violated and unsafe for days, weeks, or even months afterward. It’s bad enough when it happens while you’re out, but when you’re home and some unseen, unheard person sneaks in to rifle through your belongings…it’s downright creepy.

That’s what happened to personal trainer and former “Biggest Loser” coach Jillian Michaels recently, when she slept through a thief breaking in to her home. Said burglar took unspecified belongings along with the keys to her Bentley and made off with the car, only to wreck it during a police chase later. But Michaels isn’t too concerned about the damage or the belongings, calling them “stuff”. She says she’s just glad she and her newly adopted child are safe.

It hasn’t been revealed yet if the thief knew whose home he was breaking into, but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t have the balls to mess with Jillian.
