Jessica Castro of Married at First Sight is said to fear for her life after threats were made by her estranged husband.

Castro filed a restraining order against Ryan De Niro after he allegedly threatened to kill her and her family, according to Castro’s lawyer Marc Rapaport.

Rapaport told Us Weekly that she’s “very scared.”

“[Jessica] was very scared — she is very scared. This was scary stuff,” said Rapaport.

According to the lawyer, Jessica Castro alleges that Ryan De Nino, 29 — whom she married after the experimental A&E show paired her with him without ever meeting — made death threats to her in May. Those threats were reportedly captured on a live microphone on the set of the A&E show.

“The petition alleges that there were two very serious threats by the respondent against my client and one of which made specific reference to her family members,” said Rapaport.

According to the New York Post, De Nino told his wife: "I will break you into f---ing pieces, I will break your dad into pieces. I will make your whole family disappear – and your f---ing dog-ass sister's boyfriend."

Court documents reveal that Castro claims her husband cheated on her on Valentine’s Day.

"A week prior to [Valentine’s Day] we had a blow-up because he told me that he was going to be busy. So I didn’t see him. Not a card, not a nothing," Jessica Castro revealed during Tuesday night’s episode. "A few weeks later, I find a Valentine's Day card from another female at his apartment."

“Ryan was trying to make it work with someone else,” she added. “That's why it didn't work."

De Nino is set to appear in court July 13.
