Jessica Biel may be answering questions without saying any words at all.

As the rumors continue to swarm about the alleged downward spiral of her marriage to Grammy Award-winning singer Justin Timberlake, a number of happenings may slowly proving the speculation to be true.

Now, her appearance at the Oscars has really created a media firestorm.

Not only did she walk solo on the red carpet at the 86th Academy Awards on Sunday, but her stunning dress has also refuted the growing pregnancy rumors.

Biel, 32, wore a jaw-dropping, shimmering silver Chanel Couture gown. The form fitting dress definitely showed no signs of a baby bump.

However, according to E! News, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry actress did confirm why her hubby wasn’t in attendance for the big award show event. When asked of his whereabouts by TV personality Ryan Seacrest, Biel explained that he’s “out on tour, busy working.”

So, maybe the justification will be enough to keep the media from speculating for at least a little while. But, it may actually just make matters worse as this marks the fourth public appearance at an awards show where they’ve opted not to attend together ever the past 6 months.

Its also been reported that Biel actually feels some type of way about Timberlake being on tour. IB Times reports that Biel is actually apprehensive where Timberlake’s fidelity is concerned. So, she’s opted to accompany him on tour.

The publication reports that an unidentified insider spoke with OK! Magazine in reference to Biel’s decision to tour with her husband. “Being apart from your spouse for weeks or months at a time isn’t healthy in Jessica’s eyes. She fears she and Justin will grow apart,” the insider explained.

However, just a few days ago, Gossip Cop refuted that claim as another alleged inside source explained that “[Jessica] also has a life and work and cannot be everywhere.” Some reports have even stated that the couple are even considering a permanent split, but none of the claims have actually been confirmed. So fans will just have to wait and let the chips fall if they ever do.
