  • Jennifer Aniston has had a longtime, sister-like relationship with Friends co-star Courteney Cox over the years, but now it looks like she’s starting up a new friendship with actress Sandra Bullock, as well.

The two reportedly met at a dinner party at Gwyneth Paltrow’s place (apparently Jen and Gwyn’s mutual relationship with Brad Pitt wasn’t a source of awkwardness for them) and have become pretty tight ever since.

“Jen and Sandra are new BFFs. They’re very excited about the new friendship…Sandra and Jen have a lot in common and enjoy each other’s company. They have been having each other over for dinner regularly,” a source said.

Both women were at one time engaged to the same man: Tate Donovan, who had a small part on Friends during the height of the show’s popularity. They have also been rumored to star in an upcoming comedy together, although nothing has been confirmed.

Jen is now famously engaged to actor Justin Theroux, who is working with Liv Tyler on The Leftovers. The duo have struck up a pretty fast friendship, which has started some rumors online.

“He’s a lot more laidback than Jen, which is a quality he shares with Liv. And that’s not all he and Liv have in common. They both value the simple things in life and are each eccentric in their own way, whereas Jen is very mainstream. There’s a part of her that worries that Justin’s friendship with Liv could provide things that his relationship with her just can’t,” a source said.

Aniston has not commented on those rumors, but the couple have yet to set a date for their wedding.
