Jennifer Aniston is no stranger to dieting and general health.

In fact, the world has always wanted to know how Jennifer Aniston, at 46, still has the body of her 20-something self.

Jennifer Aniston took to Instagram back in May to share her daily eating habits.

Of course, Jennifer Aniston doesn't have her own Instagram account, so she was a guest poster for Living Proof.

The images show what she ate for breakfast and lunch. They were truly inspiring.

Good morning, Instagram!

But now, Jennifer Aniston's meals could look drastically different.

Jennifer Aniston has now been exposed to the viral Taco Cleanse, and like many, she may never look at kale for the rest of her life.

When Jennifer Aniston first heard word of the tasty trend, like many of us, she responded, “WHAT?!”

Halting the interview with Yahoo! Food, she googled the Taco Cleanse to see what all the fuss was about.

The fuss is, there were four self-proclaimed "taco scientists" from Austin, Texas (of course) who invented the "cleanse" and claim such health benefits as waking up in the morning “with new enthusiasm when you know your day is going to start with a breakfast taco.”

The authors also claim that “your chakras will become realigned into an optimal taco pattern.”

Sounds legit.

The world has been waiting for the Taco Cleanse, and apparently, so has Jennifer Aniston.

She said, “I’m riveted. I can see that being something.”

By the end of the interview, and her googling, Jennifer Aniston admitted, “I already ordered the book on Amazon!"

Are you going to try the Taco Cleanse like Jennifer Aniston?
