Is Yahoo Buying Metacafe for $200 Million?

TechCrunch is reporting on rumors that video sharing site Metacafe, is being sold for between $200-300 million.

They also speculate that the buyer could be Yahoo.

With YouTube selling for $1.65b, Metacafe seems like an absolute bargain. Then again, YouTube has 23 million unique visitors a month in the U.S., while Metacafe has just 3.8 million.
