Is Google Forcing Us to Eat Its Own Dog Food?

Andy “I’m Not Jennifer” Beal says that Google is preventing users from navigating beyond the first page of results when searching for anything Google using Internet Explorer.

The only option is to download Google Desktop. Somehow I doubt this is intentional.
