    2 years ago HP and its customer service department made it a point to defraud its clients through deception and stall tactics to “wait us out” till the warranties expire. Until HP realizes that the client is the bottom line and without us there would be no HP. I can only hope that someday I will again buy another HP product that is supported and we could actually trust HP. As a new CEO of HP I would start at the bottom and clean house until every bad apple is removed, starting with customer service and HP sales. Good luck to Leo…this is not going to be easy!
