Hewlett-Packard’s Technology Forum was scheduled to begin in New Orleans this week, but has been rescheduled for obvious reasons.

HP now plans to hold the forum from October 17 to October 25 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando Florida.

The forum is scheduled to proceed with all of the same events that it was originally going to including an opening address from HP CEO Mark Hurd, training sessions, labs, etc.

According to John Oates of the Register, the company has donated $3 million as well as its technology to the Red Cross to aid victims of Hurricane Katrina.
