Here Are the 10 Recent Movies Quentin Tarantino Thinks You Should See

By: Josh Wolford - October 7, 2013

Wondering which new releases you need to see this weekend? Good news – Quentin Tarantino has you covered.

The acclaimed director has just released his best movies of 2013 (so far) list, and The Quentin Tarantino Archives has the goods. Tarantino has been released similar best-of lists for a couple of years now, and this year’s list includes films from Alfonso Cuarón, Woody Allen, Richard Linklater, and Seth Rogen. Like Tarantino lists of the past, 2013’s best-of picks range from critical home runs to critical bombs.

Tarantino doesn’t care about your Rotten Tomatoes score.

The list features 10 films, all released this year. Unfortunately, the list is alphabetical so there’s no real ranking here. Check it out below:

Afternoon Delight

Before Midnight

Blue Jasmine

The Conjuring

Drinking Buddies

Frances Ha

Kick Ass 2

The Lone Ranger

This Is The End

I think he was referring to the list not being very good… and I agree. Kick ass 2? Lone Ranger? really?
