Have you missed seeing Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt on your television? Well, don’t worry they will be the small screen on Monday, Dec. 9, in an exclusive E! special, After Shock: Heidi & Spencer.

Heidi has admitted to have a bit of an obsession with plastic surgery and although she was already an attractive girl, she has had several procedures done to enhance her figure and change her appearance. Heidi will be discussing the procedures she has had done and how they have changed her on the inside and out.

Spencer and Heidi will also be giving fans a little insight into their lives, including their plans for the future. The couple will also dish about what it’s like to be reality TV stars as young adults and how it feels to step away from the spotlight for a while.

Viewers may notice that Heidi is not as nearly upset about being out of the spotlight as Pratt who, in most people’s opinion was only famous by association anyways. Whether you love the couple or hate them, are anxious for them to return to TV or dread the though of seeing them back on it, you will have to tune into the E! special to find out what this blonde haired, blue eyed couple have been up to and what the future holds for them.
