Heather Morris, the actress from the popular show Glee, recently gave birth. She had a baby boy on Saturday, September 28. She plays Brittany Pierce on Glee, the hit television show that blends the genres musical and comedy together. She plays a cheerleader on the show, which is her most well-known role, but she is also a dancer, singer and model.
Morris is a former back-up dancer to Beyonce, who then turned to acting. She attended the same high school as her long-time love Taylor Hubbell, but the couple did not know each other at the time. Her baby boy is named Elijah and this marks the first child between her and her boyfriend Hubbell, according to US Weekly. She has said that her relationship is most important to her, and would even quit acting if it put too much of a strain on their relationship. Marrying Hubbell and having kids with him has always been a desire of hers, and she is very excited to be a mom.

She is a 26 year old actress from California and after appearing in the first four seasons of Glee, she will not be returning for the fifth season. Other actors have certainly backed out of the show too, but her decision to quit may have been due to her pregnancy and wanting to be able to spend more time with her baby after the birth. In addition to her role on Glee, Morris also notably appeared in an episode of How I Met Your Mother in 2010, and the film Spring Breakers, among others.

A source told US Weekly back in April when the story broke, in relation to the pregnancy, that "It was totally unexpected, but they are incredibly happy and excited." Morris was recently seen running errands while maintaining a low-key profile, looking like she was ready to burst at any minute, states E Online. She also maintained a low-profile and has not been seen in the spotlight much in the past year, after taking a break from acting.
