  1. Stupid Article

    Headline:
“Half Of Employers Block MySpace Or Facebook”

    Story line 1:
    “…businesses using Barracuda Web Filters…”

Who the hell is Barracuda Web Filters and why should I care? What percent of businesses use Barracuda Web Filters? Less than 1% you say? Wow, well that kind of renders the story meaningless. I hope you own stock in their company and didn’t just get so lazy that you pulled a random press release out of a bag for this morning’s article.

sounds like the last commenter might have a mild case of retardation or E.D. Probably both. what? that’s irrelevant? I thought that’s what commenting was for in this case.

There are also software options to block FaceBook or MySpace. Such as Website Block software from Ashkon.com and other tools

  3. This application Time Doctor is better than blocking Facebook because it just monitors Facebook during work hours. So team members can always use Facebook when on lunch. Also some people might need Facebook for work so it’s stupid to just block it.

  4. Ive been using http://bit.ly/bJwmma .
It uses a better method than blocking social media sites because it only monitors sites like Facebook during production hours. People/Employees still have the option to use it for a breather or during breaks really . Sometimes they use it for work too in helping reach decisions.

For me its really unnecessary to block Facebook.
