Even beautiful celebrities like Gwyneth Paltrow have some insecurities.
Recently, the 41-year-old actress revealed to Hello magazine what she feels are her best and worst features; her legs being her best.
One thing Paltrow wishes she could change is her wrinkles from years of sun damage. She explained that she would love to have something done to minimize the wrinkles, but she doesn't want to make it so obvious and have surgery. "If I could change anything I wish I could get wrinkles and sun damage reversed without looking like I'd done anything," Gwyneth told the publication. "So for now, I'll just stick with my wrinkles and sun damage."
Gwyneth did admit to using the procedure called Thermage laser treatment which is promising in getting rid of the "'turkey necks', loose jowls, and sagging skin." While the procedure has proven successful, Paltrow warned that it can be quite painful. "It's non-invasive but it's quite painful, like having your face smacked with a rubber band that has an electric shock in it. But it works," Paltrow explained.
Paltrow said she uses her own remedies to fight her aging skin as well. She credits her rigorous exercise regime for helping her skin. "I think it's a lot about exercise, I really do. I do an hour of cardiovascular activity five days a week and I think that sweating is detoxifying and is really good for skin elasticity," she said. "I always take my make-up off before bed - always. I always cleanse and exfoliate when I've been wearing make-up."
"I didn't really start looking after my skin until I was 39. Now I use a hot cloth cleanser and Clarisonic Mia and I've seen a real difference in my skin," Paltrow added. "I apply Restorsea moisturiser, plus a little cream blusher and mascara, and then I'm ready."
