goWholesale Launches Community Forum and Local Auction Search

    March 29, 2005

This week goWholesale launched new features on its web site, including a Community Forum and Advance Local Search for bulk online auctions.

The concept of goWholesale is to provide small business owners with a community that provides a unique one-stop location for quickly finding vendors, products, services, and buyers necessary to make a small business successful.

The addition of the Community Forum now allows these users to communicate with each other to share ideas, discuss common issues and get feedback on a variety of topics related to the wholesale business.

Manufacturers, wholesalers, exporters/importers, discount stores, eBay PowerSellers, and other traditional or online retailers can register and chat in forums including:

  • General Wholesale Discussion
  • Marketing and Advertising
  • Shameless Self-Promotion
  • Web Sites and Technology
  • Dollar Store and Retailer Forum
  • eBay and Auctions Forum
  • Flea Market Discussion
  • Surplus, Closeout and Liquidations
  • Import/Export
  • Shipping & Logistics
  • New forum registrants will automatically be entered in a weekly drawing for a $25 gift certificate that is redeemable at hundreds of merchants.

In addition, the enhanced auction search on goWholesale now allows users to search for bulk auctions by zip code proximity and closing time. This feature allows buyers to quickly locate inventory that is easily accessible and can be delivered in the shortest amount of time.

These new features further enhance goWholesale’s comprehensive service that is the first to generate wholesale-specific search results from multiple, targeted sources including pay per click advertisers, wholesale online auctions, organic Web results, and free classified advertisements.
