  • Gordon Ramsay usually makes headlines because of his mouth, but this time it is his hair that has people talking.

Ramsay was spotted leaving Victoria Beckham’s 40th birthday party at the exclusive Arts Club with wife Tana on his arm and a new ‘do on his head.

Instead of rocking his signature spiky blonde coif, Ramsay instead sported a relaxed, comb-downed version. The back and sides of his head were also shaved, which leaves many wondering if the tough chef underwent hair transplant surgery.

This isn’t the first time Ramsay has been the recipient of such rumors; back in 2011 he was spotted leaving a hair transplant clinic in Los Angeles. In the same year, he was also seen with a puffy face while wearing a surgical cap, which the Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares star attributed to a series of allergic reactions not involving hair implants.

Check out the chef and the Beckhams’ other famous friends leaving the birthday dinner:

This recent hair sighting features characteristics that are consistent with hair transplant surgery. For instance, the back of the head is often shaved and then used to collect donor samples of hair which are then placed in the front of the head. Ramsay had multiple red dots on the back of his head, which could be indicative of hair that was taken out and used in an area that is thinning.

The shaved areas of the back and sides also looked to have been sprayed with a product designed to give the illusion of a fuller mane. Additionally, the comb-downed area in the front could be hiding recently transplanted hair follicles.

    Here’s Twitter’s response to Ramsay’s new look:

Ramsay has yet to comment on the hair-raising look.
