Infinity/Toplists To Create US SMS Database

Infinity Acquisition Corp., Inc. has teamed up with Toplists.com to create what they contend may be the largest and most comprehensive list of "SMS" wireless numbers in the United States.

The CTIA estimates that there are over 214,000,000 wireless subscribers currently in the U.S. Infinity believes that as that number grows, so will the reach of text messaging for direct marketing.

"For the first time it is possible to directly target messages to individuals in 'real-time' directly to them regardless of where they are," stated Manny Shulman, President of Infinity Acquisitions.

"This ability to connect almost instantaneously with consumers will change the face of direct marketing and advertising."

Infinity says it plans to utilize the "SMS" database for business to consumer promotional purposes in the near future. The company has also begun negotiations with several companies regarding effective strategies and plans of how to advance the technology and effectively utilize the SMS database to maximize potential and execution.

Richard Hill, a Director of E-CRM Solutions and a contributing author to WebProNews, reports that when "used properly SMS marketing is a really effective Customer Relationship Management as it goes a long way to giving information, knowledge and empowerment to customersFor example: an insurer or broker sending details of local emergency number such as hospitals and consulates."
